As the harvest season concludes, wineries throughout the Pacific Northwest can accumulate a surplus of wine that exceeds their local market demand. To mitigate potential revenue loss, the excess wine is sold off in bulk to white labels like that of Grand Terroir Wine Co. who are then able to bottle and distribute premium wines at a lower price point.

Known for its vast landscape and climate diversity, the Pacific Northwest is home to world-renowned American Viticultural Areas (AVAs) and the exceptional wine it produces. Thanks in part to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), hundreds, if not thousands of topographic maps are freely available in the public domain. Each map is geographically unique, reflective of the terroir in the region. To further highlight the distinctiveness of each AVA, a paper stock rich in hue and natural tooth was chosen to provide a true note of the Pacific Northwest.
