Roles

Designer: Aaron Kvarfordt

Nestled at the intersection of Mint and Morehead, Bond is an upcoming multifamily offering unparalleled access to Charlotte's South End neighborhood offerings. The residents at Bond are enriched in comfort with a sophisticated approach that embodies the sophisticated and lavish living accommodations. Set to begin leasing in early 2025, Bond aims to become a staple in the community for its uncompromising quality and exceptional living experience.

Given the property's careful curation, the brand identity also needed to invoke the same upscale living delivered ethos that echoes throughout the property. A custom script delivers an elevated yet bold mark that can stand confidently on its own. The symbol features a rock dove, commonly known as a homing pigeon. This serves as a subtle nod to the name "Bond" and the use of homing pigeons for transmitting messages. For typographic hierarchy, a condensed gothic typeface reminiscent of those used in the first half of the twentieth century paired with an engraver's sans serif help strike a balanced contrast between elegance and modernity. Additionally, the system incorporates a lush color palette derived from the rock dove and material selects from the community.
